The starting point is the famous Saslong cable car with the renowned World Cup downhill race Saslong A. The challenging black Saslong A is recommended for advanced skiers. If you prefer more leisurely skiing, opt for the red Saslong B.

Alternatively, start by chairlift from St. Christina in Val Gardena directly to the Monte Pana ski area, which is characterized by gentle, blue slopes. Another chairlift connects Monte Pana with Monte Seura below the Sasso Lungo and the Tramans chairlift, which takes you to Piz Sella/Sassolungo/Ciampinoi.
